How do I connect my Laurastar Smart product to the App?

Connect your Laurastar Smart product to the Laurastar app and you will have access to exclusive features: video instructions, personalised user guides, tips for optimising your ironing, maintenance tips and direct access to the after-sales service. 

To connect your Laurastar Smart product, follow the steps directly in the Laurastar app when pairing: 

1. Prepare your Laurastar Smart: Unplug it from the electrical socket to ensure a smooth connection. 

2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the Laurastar app. 

3. In the app, go to "Product" tab on the menu and select "Add". Choose your model from the list to start the connection process. 

4. Authorise the necessary permissions: In your phone settings, allow Laurastar to use Bluetooth and make sure your location is activated to facilitate pairing. 

5. Follow the connection instructions: 
- Plug in your Laurastar Smart product, but do not turn it on just yet. 
- Press the power button and the fan speed button simultaneously, hold them down for one second and then release them at the same time. 
- The LED lights on the user interface will only blink once you release the buttons. 

6. Finalise the pairing in the Laurastar app by pressing "Connect". Please wait a moment while the process is finalised.
