The Laurastar app has crashed and is no longer responding. What should I do?

If the Laurastar app has crashed and seems to be no longer responding, you can close and reopen it by following these steps depending on your device:

2. Scroll right or left to find the Laurastar app. 
3. Swipe up on the app preview to close it.
