Only Laurastar Smart products can be paired with the Laurastar app via Bluetooth. Other Laurastar products can be registered in the app, but cannot be connected.
If your Laurastar Smart product is not detected during the connection process, follow the steps below to resolve the problem:
1. Check the product type: Make sure you are trying to connect a Laurastar Smart product, as only Smart models are compatible with Bluetooth pairing in the Laurastar app. Other models can only be saved to the app but not synchronised.
2. Start the connection process from the beginning: Open the Laurastar app and follow each step carefully, making sure you are close to your Laurastar Smart product throughout the syncing process.
3. Check the required settings: Ensure that all required settings (Bluetooth enabled, location permissions, and product unplugged and then plugged in but off) are properly configured as described in the app instructions.
4. Restart the application if necessary: If the connection is unsuccessful, close the Laurastar app and then relaunch it to try the process again.
5. Contact customer service: If the product is still not syncing, please contact our customer service for further help.
These steps will help you to successfully connect to your Laurastar Smart product and take full advantage of the features of the Laurastar app.
